No, I was taking a little break, and browsing Myspace music, and found 'Human Nature' by Madonna. I'm not her biggest fan, but her electronica stuff is really cool - she has the perfect voice for this type of music.

Plus, as yaoi / slash writers, we get SO much criticism from the repressed canon nazis, I found a new appreciation for this song (plus the video is just COOL. Yay for vinyl!)

My only request is that you be over the age of 18.

I'm a librarian who loves classic literature and gothic horror.

I also dig anime and fan fiction, (including yaoi and slash).

Music-wise I’m pretty diverse – I like everything from disco, 60s psychedelic to techno, industrial, ethereal, EBM, classical, even some old school hip hop (especially Tribe Called Quest…but then, how can you NOT dig Tribe?).

I also love classic horror movies (anything with Bela, Vincent, Peter, Boris, Lon (Sr.)).

I also like to hit scifi/fantasy conventions, because it's such a relief to know there are people out there as oddball as I am LOL!

Also love anything fantasy, especially fairies, dragons, unicorns, castles, witches, wizards, you name it!

Like to go clubbing, especially on ‘old wave nights’….

Also like to collect doujinshi (Japanese fan comics), even though I can't read Japanese at ALL - would love to learn, though.....

What else? I'm a Wiccan and recovering Catholic. Am very liberal/progressive. And a HUGE MST3K fan :) !

So, feel free to comment and friend away - I always enjoy meeting new people (18 and up only, please! Some things I write, namely yaoi fan fiction, are not suitable for minors. Sorry!)

And I change my layout every week (sometimes every other day, ha). There are so many talented graphic artists out there!

(However, all homophobes, racists, chauvanists, religious fundamentalists and meanies in general can go elsewhere.....)

There's a great community here called 10prompts. It's for those of us who have a serious case of writers block (like moi) and need something to get them writing again. You can choose between 10 tables of prompts (like Time, Location, etc.) and choose a fandom and pairing/character/whatever and write 10 stories according to the table you chose. I know, I'm repeating everything you can learn in the user info :) , but I just thought this was kinda cool. Not to mention I could really use a 'prompt' to get me writing again!

I'll be cross posting all my stories here (am working on the 'living room' one first).  All Captain Tsubasa yaoi of course ;)

And if you've never heard of this series, let me know - I'll post a 'CT 101' tutorial ^_^.

Not into soccer or anime? Doesn't matter - I guarantee if you start watching the anime or reading the manga, you'll fall in love with at least one of the characters and be inspired to write about them.
